2003-07-09 - 11:02 p.m. So yah...200 calories down the drain. Yup. I have managed to fail, again. Stupid plans. I should just wing it, cause I never stick to my plans EVER. I didn't binge, but still...I am getting sick of setting goals and then not sticking to them. THIS WEEKENED I WILL THOUGH. Fasting for 2 days, oh boy! Can't wait. I am really happy that I have stuck to my diet though, I am very impressed with myself. Usually I give up, but NOT this time. Anyway, today I've had: Apple 70 cals Chicken Noodle Soup 120 cals Pea Soup 100 cals More Pea Soup 100 cals (purged) Oatmeal 137 cals Piece of Bread W/Peanut butter 145 2 small Pieces of homemade carrot cake 50 cals (would have been more but I purged it until I was dry heaving) Apple sauce 51 4 pickels 33 cals TOTAL 704 calories (maybe a lil more/less) Seems like a LOT when u look at it, but I get so hungry sometimes and have to nibble. I felt shaky today and rather funny again so I kept eating. My neck and feet and hands get numb...does that happen to anyone else? Hmmm...weird. But anyway, I am gonna see if I can excerise later on because I heard u lose a pound when u burn 3500 cals. Eek! I never do anything. But yah, still 101 lbs...maybe a difference tomorrow?
