2003-07-05 - 8:03 p.m.

Well, I woke up at 3 pm today and I was 103 lbs. Wow, you know whats weird? I'm happy, but I don't feel or look any different. Like, I dunno i thought I would look so much skinnier. I guess that's why we always set goals for ourselves and then keep lowering our goal once we reach it because it just doesn't seem like much of a difference. Hopefully I'll be smart enough to not go under 90 lbs. Right now, it seems low...but later when I get to 90, it might not. I hope I can force myself to maintain by then. Going into the 80's almost seems desirable, but I really don't want to risk it. I don't want to die from this. I don't want to lose so much and not be able to stop. I just want to be skinny that's all.

Anyway, today's calorie intake:

apple sauce: 51 calories

piece of toast w/peanut butter 200 cals

2 cups of chicken noodle soup (49cals per cup) 110 cals

2 pieces of celery w/peanut butter 30cal

package of instant oatmeal 137 cals

Total: 528 cals

Anyway, not so bad I guess. I didn't have anything to do today, so I just sit around the house thinking about low calorie foods to eat.

Whatever though...I don't really have much else to say. I don't know if I'm going to excerise or not today, I'm pretty lazy. Meh. I will tell you tomorrow if I did or not. Gonna go check out other diaries. Lata.
