2003-07-03 - 3:38 p.m. Wow, I haven't updated in a couple days. But there was a very good reason! People were doing construction outside of our house and they did something to the phone lines. We just got the internet back now. I was so sad, I am so obsessed with the internet! Garr. Anyway, I guess u want to know about my progress. Tuesday ¾ banana 90 cals fruit n Yogurt parfait 156 cals 4 hard candies 14/cals each 56 1 ring pop 50 cals? Tim Horton’s Soup 150 cals? 2 bites of a sandwhich 30 cals Total: 532 cals Wednesday 1 apple 40 cals some salad, 3 small dumplins, 2 bites of chicken, bit of potatos 200 cals? 2 cups of tea w/milk and sugar 40 cals 2 pieces of bread w/peanut butter 400 TOTAL 680 calories Excercise Taebo for 14 minutes ABs of Steel Workout 25 minute walk Running on spot 5 minutes Today I have had: 1 piece of toast w/peanut butter 200 Apple: 40 cals Later on I will be forced to have some Stir Fry...but I am willing to eat a little bit of that. At midnight tonight will be a whole week of keeping to my diet without binging so I'm pretty stoked. Yay! Still no scale, but I think my boy friend is going to buy me an expensive one real soon so just hold tight! I think its more fun this way, because I'm not always stepping on a scale...Hopefully I will have lost a lot, and will be able to gloat my success to you. I don't really feel lighter, but hopefully I am. It's weird, because usuaully within 3 days, I really start to feel it...This time is different. MAybe I'm just so used to it, I dunno. Anyway, more updating later! Gonna go check out the thin forum!
