2003-06-29 - 4:21 p.m. Well, the whole no-alcohol plan went totally down the drain. I had 3 coolers, which isn't as bad as it could have been, but it is probably gonna slow down my metabolism a whole lot which kind of sucks. Plus the unnecessary calorie intake. Damn me. Besides that, I had a lot of fun. We went to visit my sister because she was having a party, and then we went to a dance. The dance kind of sucked, and we stayed there for not even an hour. What a waste of 8 dollars! Instead, we went for a big huge walk around Mirror Lake, so I was still burning calories so I'm pretty happy. Yesterday's calorie intake: apple 40 calories chicken noodle soup 150 calories 3 chocolate covered almonds 30 cals? 5 handfuls of kettle corn 160 cals? Plus Vex coolers (600 cals maybe) TOTAL: 980 calories Ok, so the calorie intake I am pretty pissed off about. But in my defense, my best friend is going away to Air Cadet Camp and I wanted to have a fun worry free night. At least I didn't go over 1000 calories...Well, I hope I didn't anyway. But from this forward on, there will be no slip ups, and no careless days. I am doing this hardcore. Today's Calories Apple sauce: 70 calories Chicken Noodle soup (2 cups) 100 cals Cup of tea with milk/sugar 30 cals Total: 200 calories Not bad, not bad...I am also planning on having an apple for supper, so just add 40 cals onto the 200. I didn't get a scale unfortunately, but soon! I'm excited about the results I'm going to have. I have a feeling about this time, I know I can do it!
